Covid-19 Protocols
As you know we have very strict Guidelines to comply with for Re-opening in Phase 2.
Here is what you can expect to encounter at your next visit.
1.We will be appointment only...No walk-ins
2.We will be scheduling longer Appointment times to throughly clean and sanitize after each client. Which means less appointments in a day.
3.Team members will take their temperature prior to start time. They will wear an N95 mask, face shield (unless wearing glasses), will wear gloves when appropriate, change apron/smock after every client, wash hands several times during appointment, clean and sanitize all tools, instruments, brushes,clips,combs with barbicide, and all surfaces ie:shampoo bowl/chair, hairstation/chair/mirror/floormat, bathroom all surfaces including toilet, dispensary tools, reception area and desk, door knobs and handrails.
4.Every evening the salon will be deep cleaned and then Sterilized with X-Sterlize-Uv Sanitizer using a unique dual method that combines ultrviolet (UV-C) light and ozone inspired by healthcare industry. The CDC says “The entire UV sprectrum can kill or inactivate many micro-organisms and the UVC energy provides the most germicidal effect” This will take an hour.
5.There will be no public beverage bar: What does this mean? No self serve.. We will have bottles of water and other can/bottle beverages. There will be no magazines, so if you want something to read during processing please limit to either cell phone or book/e-reader.
6.We will have hand sanitizer stations throughout the salon: Outside salon door entrance, Reception Desk, Will have hand washing station in reception area and restroom. Clients MUST use Station outside before entering the salon.
7.Clients MUST wear a mask before entering the Salon and during entire appointment... Exception will be while shampooing which a towel will loosely placed over face. A mask will be provided for you individually wrapped outside by Sanitation Station. You will also have your temperature checked by a no touch thermometer when arriving...Any temp over 100’ you will need to reschedule. If your also would like to wear gloves...Please bring your own as there are many sizes and we may not have your size.
8.Because we our a single Studio and able to separate waiting areas while adhering to 6ft social distancing rules you may enter the salon and sit in front waiting area. However if you’d prefer to text us when you arrive we can text when the client before has left.
9.Please only bring essential personal items into the salon: Keys, phone, book and payment method. If you prefer to pay by check please already have it filled out before entering.
10. Please come alone... No additional individuals may come with you. Unless family members who have an appointment. We are unable to double book meaning a client while another client is processing....again unless its a family member from same household.
11. You will be sent a questionnaire/consent form that must be filled out and brought in with you at your scheduled appointment.
12. If you wish to purchase retail products...you will let your stylist know what you would like and she will get it for you and bring to reception desk. If you have the capability to do touch free payment ie:apple pay or tap pay that would be much appreciated.
We know these are trying times for all, and we appreciate your understanding, support but most all WE MISS YOU!!. We want you to know that we are doing everything to keep you safe and healthy and assure you that we are ready to Re-Open by complying to all Washington State Guidelines.
